Slow roasting enhances taste and aroma<\/h3>

Roasting is a rather delicate and important phase. To be acceptable, the colour of roasted barley must be between 42 to 58 Gardner degrees. To preserve barley\u2019s typical taste and aroma, Sirea chooses slow roasting at medium temperatures.
